RULE 35

He who beholds a man who is living with consistency a life of piety and who exhibits the holiness of the Holy Spirit, and attributes this all to the adversary, Satan, instead of to God, the author of piety and holiness, commits blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. 

Thus, after Christ cast out the devil from the blind and dumb, He was accused as casting out by the power of the prince of darkness. Christ warns: ". . .he that shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come."
