RULE 32

We must render to everyone what is fairly and reasonably due to him. 

Thus, Christ commanded: "Render to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's." 

Render therefore to all men their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due, custom to whom custom, fear to whom fear, honour to whom honour. Owe no man anything but to love one another.
