TEMPTATIONS
When an evil thought comes into the
mind, we must immediately try to turn our thoughts to God or, at
least, to something that is not sinful. But the first rule is: we
must instantly call upon the names of Jesus and Mary and continue to
call upon them until the temptation ceases. If we trust in
ourselves, we are lost. If we trust in God, we can do all
things.
